As an entrepreneur and consultant, Allison's vision for Solverr came from realizing a need for teams to work better together and truly collaborate.

Allison's vast experience and breadth of clients and industries has allowed her to hone in on cross-functional challenges and inefficiencies, and develop strategies for solving those challenges in the most effective and permanent way.

Prior to founding Solverr, Allison founded a real estate investment firm. She also served as COO & CFO of an education company, guiding and executing on both financial and operational projects.
​
Her career started in finance in investment banking and private equity, where she built a deep understanding of the financial and operational intricacies of companies both large and small. Allison has worked with public companies in the Fortune 500, as well as some of the fastest-growing startups.
